Well to describe this resort in words is not that easy task. To cut a long story short, eight years ago owners were set out to create a small colony out of natural materials (volcanic stone, select hardwoods, etc.), which, upon opening as a very private five-start resort, geared towards fold and music industry recluses, would feel much more like a 200 year old troubadour's retreat than anything vaguely resembling a "resort"

If You Need That Space And Privacy…

Our South Pacific hideaway is a place where Twain or Hemingway would hang out at and not tell anyone about. No sign of another villa or anything resembling a resort can be seen from any of our three existing beach villas. The place has an intoxicating level of peace and tranquility Our beach villas rest serenely on the ocean’s edge, surrounded by sea, flowers, ancient trees, birds and with what could be "the best" blue water experience in the South Pacific

So Many Things To Do…
The dive sites within a few minutes of our main beach are incredible. A passage where(Howard Hall and the Cousteau Society filmed footage for the Imax film "Coral Reef Adventure") is 15 minutes to the southwest. Miles of drop-offs, caves, tunnels, and swim-troughs are 15 minutes direct west of site. Live abroad dive yachts average two days of diving these reefs on each charter they do out our way. There is a reliable surf wave at the south entrance of the passage and world-class surf wave at the south entrance of the passage and world-class surf wave located at a certain reef only 45 minutes to the south of the resort, currently surfed only by a large adventure charter yacht.

Solar Power Energy…
The resort is 100% solar powered, operating this way for the past eight years.  Instead of burning petroleum to power itself our resort is on solar power.  Some small to medium sized resorts in the country are burning three drums a day to power an out island “paradise”…Kind of a paradox.  This power system is housed in a large two story solid cement cyclone-proof powerhouse/compressor building.

Inspired Facilities…

• A Stone and Wood Shipwreck Beach Bar sits at the resorts centre, just off the beach, right on the water's edge. Finish joinery and bar fittings required.
• A Fijian Bure-style Formal Dining Room (varnish vesiwood floor, stone half walls, and encased on three sizes with ten pane mahogany French windows) is adjacent to the Parlor…some finish joinery and furniture required.
• A large crescent shaped Infinity edge swimming pool rests just off the parlor.
• Two oversized plunge pools reside at either end of the overflow reservoir that will require six weeks finishing plus installation of pumps and filters.

And There’s More…
We house:

• A large kitchen building with 8 burner/2 oven world commercial stove 50 feet from the parlor and pool patio. Installation of additional fridge and freezer and purchase of commercial small appliances required.
• Resort Office/Staff Accommodation house, about 50 feet up the hill from the kitchen.
• Duplex manager's accommodation house in a hidden area on the hillside, finished entirely in mahogany and local hardwoods, about 400 feet from the patio area
